Tour Participation

If a participant's behavior negatively impacts the tour or disrupts its smooth operation, we may terminate their participation. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
It's important that participants inform us of any physical or health restrictions before registration. Without this information, we'll assume there are no restrictions affecting tour participation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any person's registration at our discretion and without needing to provide a reason. In the event that we cancel a registration under these circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the affected participant.

Health and Safety

Participants should be aware that this is a walking tour, requiring the physical ability to walk approximately 4 km over a span of 6 hours. While the walking segments are relatively short, usually no more than 20 minutes at a time, a basic level of fitness is required. Please ensure you are comfortable with this level of physical activity before booking.

Weather Policy

My tours are conducted in all weather conditions, be it warm or cold. We recommend dressing appropriately for the weather, especially during the winter months. However, we reserve the right to cancel a tour in cases of extreme weather conditions where it would be unsafe or impractical to proceed. In such rare instances, we will notify participants as soon as possible and offer the choice of an alternative tour date or a full refund.

Accessibility

Please note that my tours may not be suitable for participants in wheelchairs. This is due to some of the dining establishments and areas we visit not being wheelchair accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 10 days (240 hours) before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a full refund, minus a 3% credit card processing fee.
50% Refund: Cancellations made up to 3 days (72 hours) before the tour are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour.

No-Show and Tour Termination Policy

No refunds will be given for not arriving at the meeting point on time. Additionally, if a participant chooses to terminate their participation after the tour has already begun, for any reason, no refund will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

While I, Sagi, as tour operator, strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during our tours. This includes incidents resulting from accidents, illnesses, theft, or any other causes. No refunds will be provided for tour interruptions due to personal health issues, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances. Furthermore, our liability for any damages or claims will be limited to the tour fee paid by the participant. We highly recommend that all participants obtain their own personal and comprehensive insurance to cover such incidents.

Consent

By registering for our tours, participants agree to these terms and conditions. Registration also implies consent to receive WhatsApp messages related to the tour. In the event of any disputes, they will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Berlin, Germany.
